Graduation Day
Bhí Lá an gradam comh speisialta le dhá ghrupa ag dul ar aghaidh ar scoil. Bhaineamar fíor sult as ár Lá agus táimíd comh buíoch don Whale Theatre as ucht an amharclann a chur ar fáil dúinn. Our graduation day was so special with two groups graduating. We enjoyed our day so much and we are so incredibly grateful to the Whale Theatre for having us. 🎓🎓🎓❤️❤️❤️
Greystones First Responders
Super grateful to Greystones first responders this evening. Thry came out to our Creche to train our team in all four of our locations on first aid practices. This is training on top of the training we normally do for certification. We’re so lucky to have Sam on our team who is a first responder and kindly set it up for us. ❤️
Our Butterflies
Introducing, sparkle, stacey and rosie 🙂🦋🦋 our butterflies have emerged from their cocoons! The children have been enjoying the morning feeding the butterflies fruit 🍉🍊
Life cycle of a butterfly theme
So much excitement this week as we had our life cycle of a butterfly theme 🐛🦋 the children were introduced to the rainbow rooms live caterpillars and are learning the process of the butterfly cycle through stories, play and seeing the cycle happen in their room 🙂
Outer Space 🪐🌠
Our theme for this week was outer space 🪐🌠 we learned all about the galaxy, the names of planets and all about astronauts 👨🚀 we also made alien slime to add to the fun!
Sunny Day at Little Stars
We enjoyed a beautiful sunny day here in Little Stars yesterday. We also had great fun with arts and crafts
Faoin Bhfarraige

We had great fun this week enjoying the good weather. (Please do put sunscreen on your little ones). Our theme was under the sea and we loved learning about our beautiful world

Springtime Crafts
We had so much fun with our Springtime crafts this week at Little Stars.
Three Little Pigs
This is a very fun activity. This morning in circle time we read the book of the three little pigs (they love the wolf🐺🤭). Then we went to the garden and built a "straw" house, a "wood" house and a "brick" house.
It was a role-playing game in which the children had a lot of fun.🤗

Bhí dhá téama ar bun againn an seachtain seo. Ar dtús bhí a corp. D’fhoghlaimear Mar gheall ar codanna an choirp, agus conas an corp a choineál folláin. Rinneamar go leor ealaín agus gnaíomhaiochtaí leis an Téama a fhoghlaim I mbealach spraoiúil. Foghlamaíonn na páistí trí Ghaeilge agus trí Béarla ag an aois seo. We had two themes this week firstly we learned about our bodies, parts of the body and how to keep our bodies healthy. We had lots of art and fun activities through both Irish and English. We then also learned about Chinese New Year. We learned about beautiful Cherry Blossom trees and dragons and we made fortune cookies! We had a fabulous week.
Athbhliain Síneach, Chinese New Year
Ag foghlaim faoí athbhliain Síneach I Naíonra an Lána. D’fhoghlaimear faoí Crainn agus bia a Bhaineann leis an Lá. We learned about Chinese New Year in Naíonra an Lána at Little Stars on the Lane. We learned about cherry blossoms, dragons, and we made some yummy fortune cookies.
Learning about our bodies and senses
We’ve been busy learning about our bodies and our senses in Little Stars. We’ve been learning about hot and cold and about our sense of touch.
