Junior Naíonra
Bhí dhá téama ar bun againn an seachtain seo. Ar dtús bhí a corp. D’fhoghlaimear Mar gheall ar codanna an choirp, agus conas an corp a choineál folláin. Rinneamar go leor ealaín agus gnaíomhaiochtaí leis an Téama a fhoghlaim I mbealach spraoiúil. Foghlamaíonn na páistí trí Ghaeilge agus trí Béarla ag an aois seo. We had two themes this week firstly we learned about our bodies, parts of the body and how to keep our bodies healthy. We had lots of art and fun activities through both Irish and English. We then also learned about Chinese New Year. We learned about beautiful Cherry Blossom trees and dragons and we made fortune cookies! We had a fabulous week.
Athbhliain Síneach, Chinese New Year
Ag foghlaim faoí athbhliain Síneach I Naíonra an Lána. D’fhoghlaimear faoí Crainn agus bia a Bhaineann leis an Lá. We learned about Chinese New Year in Naíonra an Lána at Little Stars on the Lane. We learned about cherry blossoms, dragons, and we made some yummy fortune cookies.
Learning about our bodies and senses
We’ve been busy learning about our bodies and our senses in Little Stars. We’ve been learning about hot and cold and about our sense of touch.
Prestige Award for best preschool in Ireland
We are super proud to win the prestige award for best preschool in Ireland this year. Many many thanks to our fabulous team who show such an enormous commitment to our wonderful children each and every day.
Eitleáin, traein, busanna agus bád

We’re having a wonderful week at Naíonra an Lána at Little Stars on the Lane. We’ve been learning about travel on aeroplanes, busses, trains and boats.
Santa stopped by!
We had a very special visitor to Little Stars today. Santa heard each group sing him some songs in many languages (Gaeilge Sa Naíonra) and Santa had a beautiful present of a lovely Christmas book for each child. 🎅🎅🎅🎄🎄🎄
Together for Homeless
Well done to all our children and families who collected food under their giving trees for “Together for Homeless”. We are so grateful for their generosity. The children loved giving and learning about the importance of giving.
After School Group Christmas Crafts

Baking in Little Stars
Baking some fantastic savoury scones in Little Stars on the lane. The smell coming from our kitchen is just gorgeous!
Arts and Crafts in the Global Room
Our little learners having fun mixing colours in ice this week. They also learned about surface tension.
Halloween Fun this week
We had so much Halloween fun here at Little Stars. We baked, had sensory play, extended our fine motor skills and had lots and lots of fun and laughter all week. We also had a visit form Sparkles the Unicorn!
Graduation Day

Sport Week
Sports week this week at Little Stars. We had so much fun outdoors and the sun shone for us all week!
